Another exciting milestone! The pizza oven is now being installed, and the kitchen is coming together beautifully. Renos remain on track, with completion getting closer

The kitchen is really starting to take shape! With the framework coming together and services well underway, you can now see the space taking form. Renovations remain on track, and we’re excited to see the next stage come to life.

Business is running as usual during our renovations, with the same great food, friendly service and welcoming atmosphere.

Demolition Complete – Rebuild Phase Underway!

Our new kitchen transformation is progressing well, with some major milestones already completed.

The old kitchen, servery and finishes have now been fully demolished, and preparations for the new coolrooms, kitchen equipment and services are complete.

We're now into the exciting rebuild phase, with new walls, electrical and hydraulic works underway, and the framework for the new servery taking shape.

Final Order In The Old Kitchen

The final order has officially gone through our original kitchen, marking the end of an era, but don’t worry, the Bistro is still open and firing!

While our brand-new kitchen takes shape, we’re operating from our function kitchen and our team is ready to keep serving up your favourites.
